Grace = elegance or beauty of form, forgiveness, favor, goodwill. 

Where in your life can you bring in more grace? 

Could your daily doings be more graceful (i.e. washing the dishes, picking the kids up from school, brushing your teeth, eating)? 

Practice grace in every moment (or as much as you can) you speak, move, think, choose, give. If this seems like too much, then just start with the breath. Breathe deeply and more slowly, close the eyes and soften. The breath is an easy and quick way to welcome in more grace.
